Shipping and Returns

Shipping Options

We currently ship all orders via USPS Mail.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. Processing times may be extended during holidays, limited releases, or high-volume sales events.

Shipment Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking.

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You may track your shipment at any time using the USPS tracking system.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the order date.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Items must be in original condition
‍
Items showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned without a refund

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

How to Return or Exchange an Order

Please include either:
A copy of your packing slip, or

Your order confirmation email

Clearly indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.

‍Exchanges
‍
Exchange items must be of equal or lesser value
‍
Exchanges are subject to availability
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded

‍Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued or your exchange will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is received and approved. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Wrong or Defective Items

We apologize if you receive an incorrect or defective item.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Please follow the return instructions outlined above

Return shipping costs for incorrect or defective items will be covered by Thiarti.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Limited Edition & Final Sale Items

Due to the collectible and limited nature of certain Thiarti products, limited edition, special release, or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

Any such designation will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom or made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

International Shipping

At this time, Thiarti ships only within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS), responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

Thiarti is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the shipment is in transit or marked as delivered by USPS.

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Verifying the delivery address provided at checkout
Checking with neighbors or building management
Contacting USPS directly to initiate a claim or request further investigation

While we are happy to assist by providing tracking information or shipment details, replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after carrier handoff is not guaranteed.
